These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nago88 ("nago88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the nago88 website located at https://nago88.app and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, bonus programmes, payment processing, and customer support.

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

nago88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

nago88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. nago88 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad mobile wallet showing the registered mobile number matching the account);
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period specified by nago88 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure. nago88 will not process any withdrawal request until KYC verification has been completed to the Platform's satisfaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Player's Account within 90 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. nago88 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the nago88 payments team. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: 5 to 15 minutes after approval for standard verified accounts.
• Rocket / Upay: Up to 1 business hour after approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days after approval.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.6 Currency. All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on nago88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed with the ৳ symbol. nago88 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Where a payment method involves a currency conversion, the conversion rate applied will be that of the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

5.7 Fraudulent Transactions. nago88 reserves the right to void any transaction and freeze or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, unauthorised card use, or money laundering. In such cases, nago88 may report the activity to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities.

6.1 Welcome Bonus. New nago88 Players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the nago88 welcome bonus of 200% match up to ৳20,000 BDT, subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per device.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly within the bonus offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the expiry and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. Any Player found to be abusing the nago88 bonus system — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or collusion with other Players — will have their bonus cancelled, their account suspended, and any associated winnings voided.

6.5 Promotional Changes. nago88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions may have their terms amended where nago88 determines it is necessary to do so in the interests of fair play or operational integrity.

7.1 Game Availability. The nago88 game library, including all slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets, is subject to change without notice. nago88 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or market.

7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that results in an erroneous display of game outcome, odds, or payout, nago88 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players' Accounts. nago88 is not liable for any losses or expected winnings arising from a game or system malfunction.

7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets offered on nago88, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the nago88 Sports section. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

7.4 Bet Acceptance. nago88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where the odds offered were the result of a manifest pricing error.

7.5 RTP and Fair Play. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. nago88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The nago88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nago88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.
